A Problem With Your Order?
In the event of any questions or problems with your order or if the product received was defective or damaged please contact our Customer Service Department immediately upon receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

How Do I Return a Package?
If you need to return your merchandise, please notify CoolCookingGadgets.com within 10 days of receipt. We will instruct you on how to ship the product back to insure a prompt refund.

We offer a 10-DAY return policy on all of our products in new and unused condition for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. (If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive a full refund). For your protection, please ship the item, along with a copy of the packing slip, by a method that is insured and traceable, to the following address.

Your order is processed immediately and usually shipped (M-F) within 24 hours in most cases. Many times your order is shipped the same day we receive it.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands?
Yes, we will be glad to. Please select the Hawaii, Alaska, VI, PR shipping option We offer regular shipping by Post Office Priority Mail for packages being delivered to HI, AK, GU, PR and the US Virgin Islands and Two Day and Next Day shipping is not offered there. Three Day, Two Day and Next Day shipping is only available in the continental United States. Please review the item details for restrictions on certain items.

Do you ship to Canada and outside the United States?
No, we do not ship to Canada and outside the United States except for United States APO boxes.

Do you ship to APO boxes?
We ship to United States APO boxes by Post Office Priority Mail.
Additional shipping may be required for heavy items.
The Three Day, Two Day and Next Day shipping option is not offered to US APO boxes.

Large Quantities and Heavy Items

Posted Shipping rates are not factored for large quantities or for items identified as "Heavy Items". Additional Shipping costs may be required. Please contact Customer Service.

General Delivery Information

Although we instruct UPS to leave your order at your door without signature, please arrange to have someone available to receive your order from UPS at the address you specify and refrigerate your order immediately upon receipt. We are not responsible for delays in receipt should the UPS at its discretion not leave your package for security reasons or any other reason at an unattended shipping address you specify.
